Yoga teacher
Shay adds poetic and philosophical elements to her classes. Influenced by her training in vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation, she brings unique motivational and powerful messages to her classes with clear, warm and welcoming energy. Guiding students through their own journey of self-discovery, Shay opens up space to highlight what yoga is for them and how it feels in their body.
In her classes Shay will guide students through a slow but strong sequence, which challenges and explores the senses, while also remaining sensitive to a variety of needs and goals.
